Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Vinyasa yoga practices are designed to be suitable for everyone, with no age or previous experience limitation, so that every practitioner feels the important body and mind benefits of yoga. Vinyasa is a style of yoga, characterised by stringing postures (asanas) together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath, balance and focus. At the end of the practice, you will feel relaxed, calmed and present, totally connected with your mind and body.

Pilates Sessions

Pilates lessons are perfect to tone the muscular system of your body, while it’ s great for the stabilisation of the spine. Suitable for every student, pilates exercises will reenergise you and awaken every muscle of your body. At the end of the lesson, there is a special series of exercises, dedicated to the neck, upper and lower back, which will help you to improve your posture and increase your body awareness.

Tai Chi

Discover the inner power of your body, without using any kind of muscular power or hardness, through the smooth “choreographies” of this ancient Chinese martial art. Tai Chi which is nowadays one of the last trends in the western world, is an alternative way of training and boosting energy, while it is well known for its health benefits.

Chi Gong

Deep breaths of chi gong are a very ancient chinese method of rejuvenation and mind awareness. Qi gong roots in Chinese medicine, is a system of coordinated movement, breathing and meditation, used for the purposes of health, spirituality, as well as martial arts training.
